Testimony: Eversole Before the House Judiciary Subcommittee on the Constitution

April 18, 2012

The Executive Director and Founder of the MVP Project, Eric Eversole, testified today before the House Judiciary Subcommittee on the Constitution. In written testimony, attached here, he discusses many of the failures related to the enforcement of military voting rights in 2010 and his concerns related to the 2012 election. In particular, he points to the recent failures in Alabama, Ohio, and Wisconsin to mail out absentee ballots at least 45 days before the election and how the Voting Section of the DOJ must take greater action to protect the voting rights of our men and women in uniform.
